Blogathon: Round Two

It's hard to believe a year has passed since I embarked on the 2010 Blogathon. Then again, I'm also somehow shocked each time the new round of eggplants go in for the summer (just last week, in fact) or when it's time to take out the last of the winter greens.

Everything and nothing has happened since then, both on the blog and in life, and I confess just today as we planted the last of the tomatoes in the first of three new greenhouses that I felt a certain relief at starting the Blogathon this year. Writing every day forces me, as I learned last year, to finally finish a handful of half-drafted posts or to put flesh on the bones of ideas long buried in my brain. Let the writing begin.

Thanks, fer!! You should really consider doing it. You can still start. It's a good experience for the good folks you meet and the challenge of putting something together every day.
