January Farmers Markets in Tokyo and Yokohama Regions

Each night frost comes to visit the garden, and while I don't always appreciate my muddy shoes, I do notice how sweet my kale, cabbage, and broccoli become as a result. While climate change continues apace, I take heart that my little patch and those of my neighbors helps a wee bit. I also take heart as I visit these lovely markets that I support people doing the same while bringing good food to the table. Make this the year you make sure as much of what you eat as possible comes from someone nearby, that you met at a market, or that grows organically. It matters now more than ever.
