My piece on Tokyo's Earth Day Market at Metropolis Magazine
Strolling the Earth Day Market in warmer weather.
The Earth Day Market in Tokyo is one of my favorite places in the whole world. Each month I go to find not just some of the best seasonal fruits and vegetables, tastiest jams and pickles, or some of the best bread in the city, but to meet the people. The growers and producers I have had the pleasure of coming to know over the last seven years are doing important work and are some of the best people I've met yet. I am grateful. Read this article and then head on over to meet them for yourself.
